After a long drive, the last thing you want is a complicated parking situation or a long walk with heavy luggage. At Beanacre Barn, you will find ample dedicated parking space for up to two cars located immediately outside the front door. Because the barn is a single-level property, the access from your vehicle into the accommodation is entirely flat and exceptionally easy. You can simply pull up, unload your bags with ease, and step straight inside to put the kettle on or light the cosy log burner.

The parking area is completely private, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. Whether you are returning from a day out walking the local trails or coming back from an evening meal at a nearby village pub, you will always have your own secure space waiting for you right at the door.

Convenient On-Site EV Charging

We understand that an increasing number of our guests are travelling in electric vehicles. While the rural countryside is wonderful for peace and quiet, finding public charging stations in remote villages can sometimes be a challenge. To make your holiday completely effortless, we provide a dedicated Zappi EV charging point right here on the property, reserved exclusively for our guests.

Having an on-site charger means you can spend your days touring the magnificent Cheddar Gorge, visiting the historic sites of Bath and Bristol, or wildlife spotting across the moors, knowing you can easily plug your car in when you return. You can relax in our private walled cottage garden while your vehicle charges overnight, waking up ready for another day of adventure. To keep things fair and transparent, the use of the EV charger is simply billed at the standard domestic electricity rate plus a small 5% fee.
